Fantastic service very very quick on delivery. When I first got a multi fuel burner many years ago & didn't know much about the operation and parts the young lady who I spoke to was so polite, helpful and patient I wrote to the MD saying how impressed I was. I struggled to find the correct size of firebrick for our Villager stove, and Rangemoors were one of the few suppliers for the firebricks at a fair price. Despite placing the order on Friday afternoon, Rangemoors despatched the bricks immediately, and they were delivered the next day, perfectly wrapped. This has been outstanding service by Rangemoors, and I will certainly use them again for further spares.
Absolutely first class service. I phoned them yesterday to order firebricks for my old Aarow Nouveau wood burner. The phone was answered within seconds by a human being! They immediately identified which bricks I needed and guided me to measure my existing g ones to ensure I ordered the correct ones. I paid on line and this morning I received the bricks perfectly and safely packaged. That’s less than 24 hours from initial enquiry to receiving them. Can’t thank them enough 100% excellent service; shame other companies don’t have the same.
