A real jewel of technology, the Flamberge Rôtisserie roasts all meats, poultry, fish and whole fruits perfectly. With a new, streamlined yet spectacular design, and a reliable, simplified mechanism, the Flamberge Rôtisserie optimises the circulation of heat flow.

The Flamberge Rôtisserie, which sits open-faced in the kitchen, is powered by a gas burner set beneath a rear wall of cast iron. Food will slowly roast on the spits or fish basket provided. Juices collect in the Maison La Cornue drip tray below, a perfect way to flavor accompanying vegetables.

The Flamberge Rôtisserie is a wall-mounted gas rôtisserie capable of producing professional results in a domestic setting. Constructed with a concave rear wall of solid cast iron, it is heated by a powerful gas burner set beneath three motorised spits. Synthetic wicks pull the heat up through the vaulted back of the unit, allowing the radiant heat to gently cook foods as they rotate slowly on a spit over the flame. A porcelain drip tray is included with two straight metal spits and one fish basket.
