The Rotisserie, which sits open-faced in the kitchen, is powered by a gas burner set beneath a rear wall of cast iron. Food will slowly roast on the spits or fish basket provided. Juices collect in the Maison La Cornue drip tray below, a perfect way to flavor accompanying vegetables.
